1. Ownership of Website:
Upon purchasing a website from Barad Marketing Solutions, ownership rights will be transferred to you under the following conditions:
If you opt for a payment plan, ownership will be granted after five years of continuous payments.
Alternatively, if the website is paid for in full, ownership will be transferred immediately upon receipt of full payment.
To pay the website in full at anytime, you may contact us and request to pay off the remaining balance.
2. Termination and Ownership:
In the event of a canceled website plan or failed payment:
Barad Marketing Solutions retains ownership rights over the website.
We reserve the right to shut down the website without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued for canceled plans or failed payments.
If you wish to restart your website plan you may do so with no fee if we had prior notice of your cancelation. If your cancelation was due to lack of payment there will be a $100 fee to restart your website subscription.
3. Web Design Services:
a. Barad Marketing Solutions provides web design services aimed at creating custom websites tailored to meet your business needs.
b. The design process begins upon receipt of a signed agreement and the first payment.
c. You will be provided with mock-ups and revisions during the design process to ensure your satisfaction.
d. Once the website design is finalized and approved by you, the development phase will commence.
e. Upon completion of the website development, you will have the opportunity to review the final product and request minor adjustments if necessary.
f. The website will be launched immediately upon your approval.
4. Use of Services:
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activity that:
Violates the rights of others.
Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Interferes with the operation of our website or services.
5. Intellectual Property:
All content and materials provided on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Barad Marketing Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of such content without our prior written consent.
